HAB Pharma combines manufacturing experience, diverse dosage-form capabilities and established quality systems across its pharmaceutical facilities.
HAB Pharma operates three manufacturing units across its network, comprising multiple production blocks and a workforce of over 500+ professionals. Together, these facilities support the manufacture of a broad range of pharmaceutical formulations, with capabilities distributed according to dosage form and production requirements.
Our manufacturing network supports oral solid, sterile injectable, topical and liquid formulations. Capabilities include tablets, capsules, injections, drops, ointments, external preparations, oral jellies and aerosols.
This range of dosage forms enables the facilities to support diverse pharmaceutical product requirements across different markets.
HAB Pharma’s combined manufacturing capacity exceeds 4.4 billion units annually.
Unit 1 is an established manufacturing facility in Vasai, Mumbai, focused on oral solid dosage forms. Its dedicated production block supports tablet and capsule manufacturing, with processes spanning formulation preparation, production and packaging.
The facility combines established manufacturing infrastructure with packaging capabilities designed to accommodate different production requirements.
The facility manufactures tablets and capsules. Production processes include granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling and blending, including drum, octagonal and dry blending.
Packaging capabilities include online and offline blister-packing lines, supporting different packaging formats and batch requirements.
670+ million tablets
225+ million capsules
Products manufactured at this facility serve markets across South Asia, Africa and Southeast Asia.
Located in Selaqui, Uttarakhand, Unit 2 spans more than 10,000 sq. m. across two production blocks. The facility brings together multiple dosage forms and manufacturing processes, supporting a diverse pharmaceutical portfolio within a single location. With dedicated production and packaging capabilities, the unit supports a range of oral solid, liquid and external preparation formats.
The facility supports tablets, capsules, drops, ointments and external preparations, including oral jellies and aerosols. Production processes include granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, formulation manufacturing, eye-drop filling, tube filling and aerosol filling. Packaging capabilities include online and offline blister packing, pouch sealing, and packaging for tube and aerosol products.
Annual Capacity:
Located within HAB Pharma’s Selaqui campus, Unit 3 spans more than 10,000 sq. m. across multiple manufacturing sections. The facility includes a dedicated sterile manufacturing suite, supporting injectable production alongside other pharmaceutical dosage forms.
Its manufacturing infrastructure brings together multiple production categories and packaging capabilities within the wider manufacturing network.
The facility supports tablets, capsules, injections, ointments and external preparations, including aerosols.
Manufacturing is organised across three sections.

Production processes:
HAB Pharma’s three manufacturing units collectively support oral solid dosage forms, sterile injectables, topical preparations and liquid formulations across six production blocks.
The network brings together key processes such as granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, formulation manufacturing, liquid filling and blister packing. Capabilities are distributed across facilities according to the requirements of individual dosage forms and production processes.
With annual manufacturing capacity exceeding 4.4 billion units, the network provides a broad production base for pharmaceutical products serving domestic and international markets.
All three facilities operate under a shared quality management framework rather than site-specific standards. In-process checks are built into each stage of production, granulation, compression, coating and filling, so deviations are caught at the point they occur rather than only at final release. Batch release itself is gated on documented inspection at every one of those stages, which keeps the release decision consistent regardless of which block or unit produced the batch.
All three units hold WHO-GMP and ISO 9001:2015 status, the baseline regulatory position across the network. Unit 2 is additionally pursuing CE marking, specifically for its nasal, ophthalmic, medical device and wound dressing lines, which would extend the network's regulatory reach into markets that require CE-marked medical devices alongside conventional pharmaceutical registrations. No USFDA or EU-GMP certification currently applies to the facilities described here.
Running a shared quality standard across three units, rather than a separate standard per site, has let HAB Pharma support repeat regulatory and customer audits without needing site-specific rework each time an auditor visits a different block. That consistency underpins the group's export reach into South Asia, Africa, Southeast Asia, Latin America and the Middle East, where customers and regulators alike expect the same documented process discipline whichever HAB Pharma facility a given batch was produced at.
