He has inherited his strong business acumen and strategic think-tank from his father Mr. K.K. Agrawal helping the brand to gain a competitive edge in the market.

Known for his a dynamic personality and radical thinking his core competencies lies in creating operations and optimizing production, along with establishing and enhancing strong core values and fundaments of the brand.

She has been associated with the renowned firms such as Piramal (True Care) and Astra Zeneca that helped her sharpen her business acumen and giving her a deep understanding of the industry. She focuses on export of products and all new launching drugs.
